Emerson Rose Heart Foundation’s 2nd Annual Heart Gala Charity Fundraiser
Join us in supporting our 2nd Annual ERHF® Heart Gala to show your heart for children with congenital heart defects. February is Heart Month and an opportunity to celebrate Valentine’s Day, so there’s no better time to have fun and contribute to a great cause. All proceeds will be used to further the ERHF®’s mission.
Registration
There are a few ways you can be a part of this charity fundraiser. You can sponsor, purchase tickets to attend, bid from anywhere, donate items, volunteer, or do a combination! Details on each are below. Registration for all of this is done through an auction event platform called Handbid which has a wonderful app, but you can also use on a mobile browser.
Sponsoring:
This allows you to advertise to everyone in attendance. Unable to attend? No problem as there are sponsor options for you. Want to sponsor and attend? No problem as there are options for that too. Some sponsorships include tickets to attend the event and others do not. See the options on our registration form.
Buy Tickets:
Each ticket includes a cocktail reception, silent auction, 3-course meal, live auction, paddle raise, and finish with live music, dancing, and dessert. Attire is black tie optional. During the event, you will learn more about our mission and have the opportunity to become our partner in impacting the lives of those affected by Congenital Heart Defects.
*Due to limited space, we advise that you reserve your spot early. RSVP by February 1.
**Due to the nature of this being a charity event, all sales are final and tickets will not be refunded, although someone else can attend in your absence.

Auctions
During the Gala we will have a silent auction, live auction and paddle raise. While the live auction and paddle raise are exclusive to those attending, anyone can bid on the silent auction from anywhere. We just ask that you make plans to pick up items from the ERHF in upstate SC or pay for shipping of the items.

Auction Donations
The silent auction is so much fun for this event as it is live through an online bidding platform before the event and during the cocktail hour. We need your help in gathering donations. Details in image below.

Volunteer with Us
This event is impossible without the dozens of volunteers it takes to pull it off. Come spend the day with us to make a classy impression on our donors. We need help greeting, checking in/out, with the auctions, decorations, and more.
