Our September Heart Connect will be on Saturday, September 27th at Denver Downs in Anderson, SC. This event starts at 10AM. Our October Heart Connect will be on Saturday, October 18th in Charlotte, NC and will start at 5pm. Tickets are at no cost to you! This is a great way to meet other heart families, learn more about the Emerson Rose Heart Foundation and enjoy a fun and free family outing.
Please note, this event is for heart warriors, parents/guardians and siblings so we can maximize the number of heart families.
