Heartest Story: Aylah

Read this inspiring story about Heart Warrior Aylah:

My baby girl Ayla had heart surgery at MUSC Sean Jenkins Hospital in Charleston at only eight days old. Coarctation Repair of her heart was performed on her. My God took care of my baby in that hospital and so did all of the staff – from the doctors to the receptionist who would help hold my baby after she was able to be held. Our time there seemed like forever, but the day we could finally bring her home, I was so thankful to God. The Ronald McDonald House did a fantastic job taking care of us and making sure I could travel back and forth to the hospital when I really needed some rest! Great huge shoutout to the Emerson Rose Heart Foundation® for their help with paying our power bill while we caught up on everything else that we were behind on. The ERHF® is truly wonderful and I thank God for them. Their resources are so helpful when you are in need, and I am so thankful for all they have done for us.
